House rules
General information
No stag/hen parties or similar celebrations are permitted in this accommodation.
Inventory and Damage
We ask you to treat our inventory with care and only put used crockery away clean and dry in the cupboards. Damage to furniture and furnishings does occur and is often easy to repair. Please inform us immediately of any damage. As a rule, tenants and fellow travellers are liable for this and are responsible for appropriate replacement or reimbursement of costs. In the case of minor damage, such as broken crockery, this is usually not necessary.
Noise level and quiet times
Please be considerate of our neighbours and keep the volume in the holiday flat to the room volume, especially when listening to music or watching TV. Even if the nearest neighbours are further away, the general night's rest begins at 22:00.
Visitors
Your visitors are welcome in our holiday flat for short periods at any time. However, it is not permitted to have unannounced guests stay overnight in the holiday flat. Should the number of guests change, please inform us in good time so that we can prepare the holiday flat accordingly.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our holiday flat. Damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, bed linen, tablecloths etc. will result in us having to charge you for this at replacement value. This is not included in the rental price. Please only smoke in the outdoor area of our holiday home and dispose of your cigarettes appropriately in the bin. In summer, please be aware of the fire hazard posed by burning ash!
Parking facilities
Free parking is available on the premises. Charging your electric car It is also possible to charge an electric vehicle at the car park. You must bring the necessary charger yourself. The charging facility does not have a separate meter. We would therefore be grateful if you could estimate how much energy you have charged in your car yourself and leave us a reasonable amount of money at the end.
Pets
Pets are welcome in our holiday flat! Please note, however, that you must repair any damage or soiling caused by your pet yourself or inform us accordingly. A fee of EUR 40 per week is charged for each pet.
Security and Valuables
Always close all windows and the front door before leaving the holiday flat and make sure to switch off all electronic devices. We accept no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.
Waste separation
We ask you to separate your household waste in the bins provided in the flat and sort it into the rubbish containers located on the street. You will find a residual waste bin directly at the turn into Via del Chianti. Paper and plastic bins can be found approx. 750 metres at the end of Stibbiolo.
Cleaning
The thorough final cleaning of the holiday flat will be carried out by our cleaning service after your departure as agreed. However, we would like to ask you to remove larger soiling in advance and to leave the flat swept clean on departure. Arrival and departure The holiday flat can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of your arrival. Departure by 11:00. Please close all windows and shutters on your departure, lock the house and activate the alarm system.
Keys
We will provide you with two house keys and ask you to handle them with care. If you lose a key, please inform us immediately.
Environment
We care about the environment, hopefully you do too. Therefore, please switch off the lights and all technical devices when they are not needed. Saving water also helps nature. Thank you.
